The Zbąszynek Commune is situated in Western Poland, in Lubuskie Voivodeship in Świebodzin County.
The city is located on an important railway and car route Warsaw-Berlin nearby the international highway E30 Paris-Moscow. Distances - ca. 50 km (31 mi) to Zielona Góra, 80km (50 mi) to Gorzów Wlkp. and 90 km (56 mi) East of Poznan, and 90 km West of German boarder in Świecko.
The apartments will be built on 1,5 ha (3.7 acres) area between Topolowa street and Intermarche supermarket and will include five stylish buildings. Particular parts of each building will be one-, two- or three-storey, covered with multi-layer slanted roof. Four buildings will consist of 50 flats, the fifth building - of 35 flats. Flats' areas range from 29 to 85 sq.m. Some of them are two-storey apartments. The flats on the last floor have attics, the ground-floor flats - a garden.
